After 4 visits they still could not give me diagnosis.Job Title: Program Associate (Fresher Job Opportunities) Pass up this hospital and go to another one. A clear indication that he just didn't care. Lefevre, gave me no diagnosis and did come back to see me before discharge. They would rather discharge you then find out what is really causing your pain. The doctors however barely communicate and don't really care to do the job it takes to get a real diagnosis. "Some of the nursing staff are nice and really try and help you and show concern. They could work in the communication but my overall experience was great!" I suffer from Anxiety but my nurse Crystal reassured every time I was panicking and she was amazing! I understand doctors are busy but once I was admitted in the room, the doctor didn’t see me for over hours and I was just in the room not knowing what was going on. "I had to stay over for 2 nights due to my thyroid, turns out I have hyperthyroidism but my care here was great. It sucks to because I had my daughter at the hospital and my experience that time was amazing. & the staff seemed like they didn’t care or knew what was going. Came to the ER explaining to them that I have sharp pains and my temp was and I couldn’t walk without feeling like I was going to pass out. "DO NOT COME TO THE ER ! I had a my ovary and Fallopian tube & a cyst removed a month ago. My family will never be coming back to this hospital." She didn't disserve to be treated so poorly. My mother is most sweetest person you will ever meet. The nurses Thunderbird have no compassion. I'm sorry if your not happy with your job find another one.

They made her feel awful she was crying and scared that if we complained they would come in there and treat her worse. Whenever she needed help to go the bathroom whatever nurse was in there would throw the responsibility on to the next nurse saying that's not my job. "My mother was there for 3 days and no one could stay there with her. I'm only giving them a 2 star and not 1 because I like my nurses in the maternity ward!" So you can have someone have a hour labor and all of that be included in the maternity package but I can get an ultrasound and WITHIN hours of that ultrasound give birth to a baby and it can't be included? Then I received a phone call from collections? People are so inhumane these days. I thought maybe they were still reviewing the bill because we never heard back if the review had been done. My husband then calls for them to review it (we were told on the phone that it would get put in with the pregnancy package and we wouldn't get another bill) and then they don't let us know the review is over, just start sending bills again. They sent me a $ bill for giving me an ultrasound (on a outdated machine/in a dead hospital because of covid) even though less then hours later I had given BIRTH to my baby. I went in one day to see if I was low on fluid (SENT BY MY DOCTOR) when I was + weeks pregnant and then they sent me home, hours later (or less) I was back at the hospital. Why is there no integrity anymore with hospitals?! The higher ups are just worried about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and not the patient. No complaint there! My problem is with the billing. "I had all 3 of my babies at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and the nurses were great.
